It's not arrangers , I can't think of anywhere I could hear a musician using one. Just lamenting on the state of the music business today. Capt. Russ is a lucky guy to have a B3 gig on a regular basis.
so far this season I've seen ONE totally live band worth mentioning. It's a different musical world.
