once one gets to one's desired weight then it should be everything in moderation ...
I'm not sure I would call it "living" if I couldn't have some pasta once in a while ...
I make my own pizza which I have at least once a week. I also love pasta and consider it a regular part of my diet. Wouldn't want to do without either of them.
You hit the nail on the head with the word "moderation". That's the key.
