It lets you use ANY mic you want. Just plug the transmitter into the end of it.
I think Shure and Sennheiser also make versions of it. This one is fairly inexpensive, and I've been using it for years with no problems.


I have used this in the past also.....it works good for a guest mic like a SM58 etc,. but adds considerable backend weight to a regular mic for regular use.....I'd recommend if your gonna use it for your main singing mic get a real Wireless much lighter and suited for Vocal situations,.. .......but remember the Mic alone isn't gonna make you sond better, ......only a Good Singing Voice will do that...just sayin'....

personally for vocals I like EV Mics..a crisp richness no other I have tried can give me on stage for my voice..
