Ian, for $354 a month, you couldn't rent a room on my boat down here.

I just walked outside to check the temperature while wearing a short sleeved shirt and jeans. Guess I'll take a bike ride and get some exercise. This is where I'm stayin till March 18, then headed back to the frozen wilds of Maryland.
