http://www.riconvention.com/events... and these shows - especially the boat show, cheerleading and auto shows - are PACKED with people from all over the country and more ... when people have a real interest in something, weather doesn't stop them ... look at New York City at Christmas time, and that's all outdoors ! ...
yes, the tradition with Anaheim is a factor, ... the weather? NOT !!!
