Yesterday, the German-language (actually Austrian) legend Udo J�rgens suddenly died. He had just had the celebration of his 80th birthday in September, appeared a lot younger and was still on tour. He suddenly broke down during a walk. He had been famous since the 1960s, maybe you have heard hits such as "Griechischer Wein" (Greek wine) or, from the 60s, "Merci Cheri". He was famous in Japan and South Africa, too, although he mostly sang in German.
