Although I don't prefer Behringer anything I would say it was human error and EQ is almost always the problem with the mix. So many have no clue how to use EQ properly, I hear that Overloaded Bass problem all the time with Dj's.
Using two Bose compacts in Stereo & a Powered Sub to boost the low end could be an alternative. But with an uneducated DJ it wont matter either way.
