NO problem Bernie, you're welcome.

Here are some instructions that are missing from the PDF file (where I refer to instructions in a previous email):

Make a folder on the SD card called IMEXPORT (that first letter is a capital i)

Put MIDI files in that folder.

Now put the SD card in the KN7000.

Press the yellow SD button.

Go to SD Sound Import.

Now you must press the SEL button for each MIDI file you want to import. When you press SEL you will see an asterisk next to the file. You can SEL (select) as many files as you want (edit - try 20 or 40 at a time).

I have attached the section from the manual to help (edit: image uploaded here at Synthzone).

When you press OK the files will be imported into a playlist. This playlist exists on the SD card, not in the instrument.

What it has done is changed the MIDI files so that they are ready to be used on the keyboard.

Now, you can play the MIDI files (SD Sound files) from the playlist.

There are a few ways to do that:

You can just press the play button that is next to the SD Card slot.

Or you can press and hold the yellow SD Button.

If neither of those are good for you, take a look around page 140 in the user manual.
