Hello Paul:

On the PSR S950, You can assign it to a second foot switch, just go to controllers, the first pedal is Sustain by Default, the second one (Press "B"), then the Number 1 arrow pointing down, scroll till you find Vocal Harmonizer On/Off, also you can choose "Talk" or what works best for you.... !!!
