Discontinued..usually that is stated on their website?
we all created the demise now we have to live with it.
The item isn't discontinued, it is only sold on-line ... except
"we might have some in the store during the holidays" ...
And I can count on one hand the number of items I have purchased on line, and probably still have a finger or two left over ...
