No one's posting much about music these days so I thought it might be a good time to drop a message on the board.

If anyone's working on finger technique, I thought I'd post an mp3 I made that shows the technique I've used for years now to keep my fingers agile.

Can someone post the mp3 for me if I forward it to them. I'm not sure how to do it.
