But you're kind of flying in the dark if you want to try several dozen takes before you get the one you like !Do normal gibson type humbuckers still hum? I'm about to invest in an extortionatly priced Steve Vai, the best guitar cable in the world (well it must be if Steve Vai uses it)no noise hum cancelling super duper...... well you get the picture! But its got to be worth a try.
