Never had a service issue with them. Everything I've bought form them has exceeded my expectations. Shipping back to the factory is always and option but expensive but I think any good tech center can handle repairs.

I'm not a guitar player but love the woods and finishes they offer. If I was I'd be in trouble with buying frenzy.

I'm thinking of one of those new amps for small stuff. They also have enough power to push another speaker if needed.
