There is a small button above the variation buttons called 'music style arranger' - switch this on and every standard style will change to its proper speed/tempo.
Having said that please look at what you've saved in page 2 when saving your settings to panel memory and SD Card because unless you ticked tempo it will just revert to the last style/sequence or whatever you used.
