The new Midjay Pro is finally for sale here in Italy, but the first reports by actual users are kind of depressing: after a delay of two years in the release it's still bug-ridden, so a second hand (but mint) Audya 4 looks the way to go, to get the Ketron sound.


My Audya 4 is for sale... but then its being repaired currently in Itally, its the 4th time i had to send it back... Sure its still under guarantee and for free, but missing your ketron 2 or 3 months every time its send for repairs just socks big time..

On top of that,,, the solo voices are in my opinion less dynamic then the current sounds of Yamaha and Korg..

The styles however are top notch... audio styles are great, tough they are much harder to eddit then midi styles..

That why I sold mine, just dreaded it not booting up one day and there were some embedded problems in memory, don't know why Ketron don't try their hand at something like the MS, its Italy you can do what you want. Its a great pity just listen to that piano sound brilliant, it will always have its followers and it is way cheaper than a Tyros 5 if you buy it from Germany, only about £3000., but you won't get the backing of a Yamaha KB Ketron don't have the clout. Sad to hear about your Audya
