Hi John,

I'm sure you are correct in what you say about the sounds being technically different than what is in the keyboard but to me, they sound so close to what I could create by taking a lot of time in SOUND EDIT and fooling with both EASY EDIT and TONE to create a sound near what is in the boards. Not worth my time doing this. What I did find of interest but not worth holding onto the boards were several sound effects in one or two of the boards in their DRUM KITS. They are in addition to the ones in the KN7000. They would be excellent if one is advanced in doing a soundtrack for a movie.

You are so right about the KN7000 being user friendly. It is a beautifully designed keyboard that left few things out for control. At another post I will state what a crazy thing happens when one creates a custom style in COMPOSER, using custom sounds saved in MEMORY and then saved as a CUSTOM STYLE and later brings it up at another time when working in SEQUENCER. This will be of more interest for the advanced player.
