Okay, as far as I know the Emulator I and the Ensoniq Mirage&DSK are the only 2 samplers I know that have a permamently split keyboard. Which mean sounds when sampled are loaded into the upper or lower not across the keyboard. As for pre-load I'm not to sure but I doubt it. As for the EPS since it is a Prefromance sampler you should beable to play a sound across the entire keyboard, I still need to look into that. I know the Emax automaticlly multisapmes the sound across the keyboard. And most of todays samplers allow just that. Maybe not your own, but presampled ones on disk. EPS-16+ dose alot of features, and so do some of the latter Emulators like the EIII. But i need to go and play some of these to find out which one would be the best.
