1. Record everything separate (if you want them to be different).
At the end/middle of Arranger A, B, C and D audio, put a little "fill" which is about/= 1 bar long.
2. When matching (in Style VIEW), you can e.g For Fill-1, assign the same audio used in Arr. A. Audya will only play the first 1 measure of the entire loop when you press FILL - the rest is ignored ... so if you (in the Arr A audio)) program a little 'fill' at the start of the loop, this is what will play, rather than recording separate audio for fills which gets a little 'tricky' and needs more time to perfectly match/sync.
