I began noticing what looked like finger smudges on about 19 of the white keys. I tried a dry rag to clean them - nothing. I tried a damp rag - nothing. I tried a small amount of a mild liquid cleaner - nothing.

I took pictures and sent them to Roland who asked for the keyboard to be sent back to them. I'll keep you posted here as to the outcome.
