When I take my time, talk with the ladies and keep things at an even, relaxed pace, my entire setup takes about 7 to 8 minutes at most. The first video is of the rig after it was set up for last night's job.

The second video is from today's job and depicts what it takes for me to set up my rig for nearly any small to mid-size job. For larger jobs I just add another Bose L1 Compact, which takes less than a minute.

The total time to unload all the equipment from my Dodge Grand Caravan is less than 4 minutes, but if it's raining I can do it much faster.
