The US is obviously different, as if you are in Europe or Asia if they can’t see you’re actually doing something (Playing) then you have a big problem. (Yes in Europe they still walk up and start talking but in most cases they wait until you take a breath or are playing something that takes less concentration, however in Asia walking up and talking to someone while they are playing is a no no)
