Rico, if you go into full reply mode here (rather than quick reply mode), there's an icon that looks a bit like a screen. Click on that, then paste the Link into it after selecting Youtube and the video will embed itself into the page rather than needing to be jumped to. Actually, if you are starting the thread in the first place, you should already be in Full mode... so here it is:
