Hi I have a serious problem ,when I press user styles and rock & roll the file is empty,when I saw this I press disk ,press user styles and rock&roll and I see all sort of signs on my laptop like the picture I sent you.
I had perform the check sum test and everything is OK,also I had press F5 user and 1/6 keys and everythings works OK
Can you help me with my problem
