In style view, the sounds displayed (includin Bass) are determined by the style you select. Each style you select will call up it's associated Chord and Bass voices.

When you play a Midifile (either from the AUDYA player or via an external sequencer), these do not affect the Style voices shown under STYLE VIEW.
