Actually - it's a little MORE eating! More meals - smaller sizes, and I finally watch and read the labels. I have been eating about 1400-16-- calories a day, and i am never hungry. It started with some free food from Nutrisystem that my sister gave me and I've learned to replace their packaged stuff with real food. Awesome how easy it is. Just read, count and east OFTEN! It's called "grazing" and about every three hours I'm eating something. Common sense - watch that you get whole grains and moderate amounts of fat and such, but your body needs everything out there - lots of greens, TONS of water and dessert everyday. I can DO this!
