anyone know where i can find?
i need Bank #'s AND program change for ALL sounds

something so basic is left out of the manual

they do list 4 Banks for Preset, and 4 for Program
they leave it up to you to painstakingly guess what Bank & Program Change goes with which #...

anyone?
