Does anyone know how to "Undo" or clear the last layer?

Let me try to explain.

I select drums and record 4 bars of the snare, ok
next i "overdub", 4 bars of hihat. Oops I made a mistake and would like to just rerecord the hihat and not the snare.

Any way to do this?
