Have you tried connecting the Audya to your computer? If so try copying some data from the Audya to your PC. You can also run disk checks from your PC, but you must be careful to scan only, if you select repair errors your PC will move anything it believes to be corrupt into a 'found' folder and it will be of no use to anyone.
If it were my Audya I would remove the hard drive and place it into an IDE caddy, then do a complete back up (including hidden system folders and files) to my PC
