Three notes are not playing on my Kn7000.
1- C 2nd Octave
2- C5th Octave
3- And the last High C.

Sounds and functions like Delete in Chord Step Record do not work on these notes. The C in the 2nd Octave is not recognized in chord recognition.

My questions;
1-Must the key board be taken apart?
2-Has anyone had this problem? If so had did you solve it?
3-Anyone know of a technician in South Florida, Preferably West Palm Beach that I can call?
Everything else on the Kn7 is working properly.
