How is your recovery going? I am guessing you will be having this holiday season off for a change. Please relax and enjoy it while you can because I am sure it won't be long before you are playing live again.
Yes, prior to the surgery, as a precaution, I canceled all my Christmas gigs. To my surprise (as well as my Doctor's as well) I was pretty much fully recovered (with full range of motion & no discomfort) 2-3 weeks following the surgery. That said, I'm really enjoying the Christmas holiday break from performing, but am looking forward to my New Years Eve gig comeback.
