Different Hammonds had different power to each drawbars, so you never could use identical settings and get identical results. The T series sounded different to the B's and C's, and things started to get even further away when Hammond went with the X's...
Then most modern clones (and especially the drawbar sections in WS's and arrangers) got even further away from the original... Not to mention that running the Hammond through a nice big Leslie gave it a huge low end bump that is hard to get an arranger to do.
Just use your ears...
