I am glad we were able to resolve the bank issue by introducing you to "Western Union" and you see how fast/quick that was? One day (a little under 24hrs to send and receive payment)!!

I thougt however that if we used UPS rather than the regular post/mail, it would get to you faster. It took 5 days for the package to get to your customs from our office here in the USA, but unfortunately, we cannot 'convince' your customs to release the package any sooner. I believe however, that you should be getting the package anyday now as UPS should be a little faster than post (they have different rules).

The only reason I post this here is for others in different countries who share in what you went (are going) through. If you are experiencing issues with Bank transfers, we do accept Western Union. If you do not trust your postal service, we will insure and ship to you via UPS/DHL ... for free(*). It's our thanks to you for having our product!
