Actually there are quite a few B3s in Shreveport. I know personally of about a dozen. However, I can't think of anyone who is still lugging them around for one-nighters.
The music store here supplies them as needed for back-line at several of the casinos.
I know three guys that used them in small combos up until a few years ago. Now they play synths or, in one case, an arranger, but just use the organ sounds.
One guy uses two really cheapo Yamaha PSRs to replace his B3. One of them he plays left-hand bass, and the other organ sounds.
I'm sure neither kb costs over $200.!
Thing is, he sounds pretty good on them, relatively speaking. He usually has a sax player and drummer.
