Any seafood is highly recommended. Even my prescription Loveza, is fish oil in mega strength compressed form. It's for high triglyceride and cholesterol levels. I'm a big lobster fan but it is so pricey her in NJ. Got to travel to the inlaws in Maine to get it reasonable. And I'd rather have root canal..twice. Got a brother in Niwot in your state.
