Not sure exactly what you are after, do you have WAV files which you want to combine to make a voice, or do you just want to trigger WAV sound effects from the keys.

If you want to create a voice, then there is a lot of work involved to get it working. (You can’t just assign WAV files to keys and expect to create a voice)

If you want to trigger sound effects, then any Drum Sampler (Most will accept WAV files) will do, as they will allow you to easily assign sounds to the keys.
