Scruggs contacted me in the early or middle '70's and wanted me to join the band. My dad knew who he was and thought I should go on the road with them. But, I had never heard of them as we never listened to country music in our family. So, I declined.

The clip sounds pretty good for that kind of music. I guess it would have been fun,and who knows where it could have all led.haha That's ok, I'm glad I went the way I did.
