IMHO if you are referring to iYOGI, I would stay clear of them. They have you download some kind of app that will supposedly scan your computer and then a chat window will open, and the pressure begins. In fact the download dialog box opens the second you click on the site. Again, IMO too aggressive to trust.

All you need is one of the free anti-virus programs mentioned, C-Cleaner, Malwarebytes Anti-malware, maybe SuperAntiSpyware, all free.
That's it.
