John I must admit, after 10 years of rebirth for me entertaining, I mostly use a jazz guitar or piano for comp along with my vocals. I have a few old R&R tunes that I layer trumpet and sax to play the original licks on like "I don't Know Why I love You But I Do" by Clarence "Frogman" Henry.

I still do not have a clue what muti-sampling and other terms in your post mean. What am I missing here? No offense, I'm really curious!

My i30 has more styles than I could use and way more sounds than I would want to use.
