While I LOVE the change of seasons, especially here in New England, I find that as I get older I have less and less need for snow - although I found out recently that my lingering morning allergy attacks are due to the fact that winter has been TOO mild and the fall allergens have not died off - ...
The first week after surgery was pretty much 'couch potato' week as I had to stay with the foot elevated to avoid swelling ... I am now in a 'walking boot' so I will be able to sit at the kb for at least a little while each day ... I knew since October that I was going to have the surgery at this time and how long it would keep me from getting around, so I did not take any gigs ...
