Mrt1212 , he might laugh at it - doesn't matter . He might deny it - doesn't matter . It's still true . I've been dealing with them since 1984 . That was when they were DIGIDRUMS . I don't own PROTOOLS , I don't think I ever would . Their customer service does suck - bottom line . You have to pay for customer service with them . All of the people that I work with that use PROTOOLS have had to pay for it . When you buy a LOGIC , or CUBASE , or CAKEWALK - they get it automatically . That's the bottom line . Protools is sooo expensive , they should treat people better .
