Myself I have never found any need for Jack (Although I do have installed on my system just in case) but your needs may be different.

I am currently using ableton live and cubase which are rewired, and live-styler sometimes as a standalone.. On top of that i want to use NI Kore as a standalone VST host too.


Never knew Jack audio was availble for Windows just noticed it yesterday, only knew it from the hype that Dom allways made around it.

If the windows version is exactly the same as the Linux version that is just great.
