Yes, You can connect your Brainspawn forte vsti host with a virtual midi cable to one of the 3 midi outs of vArranger.

You can send program changes to select your forte scenes.

On vArranger there is special feature called SONG CHORDS, who allows you to select a style, enter chords, and export it to midifile (soon to be released this week). This is a very fast and easy way to create backing tracks, to be edited with your DAW.
