Maybe you should try to reinstall the software from a floppy.Now you can get version 4.0 C.
It was happend something like that to me when the keyboard was erasing some old midis and suddenly the main power went off.
Maybe it's something about FAT of the HDD.Try to make disk check also.The keyboard's got a menu about it.
