With regards to the above problem, it's not any specific midifile. It happens randomly and without a set pattern.
Don't know about Jimmy, but this is my experience.
This doesn't affect me too much, as my intention is to use the MJ mostly as a wave and mp3 performer. It's ideal with it's text sync function and along with the 13 pedal board it's a 'live machine deluxe'.
I wish that the registration would set up for wave, mp3 and midifile playing and volume. That would help a lot.
