You might have to take your XD3 to a dealer (so you are still covered by warantee) for the adjustment I would have told you to make requires you open the keyboard and adjust a variable resistor (on the Power board) to ensure that power from output board to mother board = 5.1V and not less (as could be the case with your board)!!
