Another thought Len : If you are playing your KN7000 through an external Amp - as I assume you are - if you turn off the KN7000's internal speaker system, this may help, since it would seem that your feedback is from the internal speakers to your Mic. You will still be able to adjust all the Mic parameters as normal, using the KN7000's controls.

You can turn off the internal speakers in two ways :

1. Press Program Menus > Sound > Monitor Settings > Off
or
2. Just push a dummy Jack plug into the headphone socket.....
