OOPS...you're right, Fran. The MS 40 is the module version.
The MS 50 is the arranger keyboard without stereo amp and speakers, the MS 60, which I have, has the speakers. All three have the same "guts". I'd probably pay $800.00 for an MS 50...that's a little high for a 40.
There's lots of info on the MS series. Just Google...and, yes I do prefer my ancient MS 60 to the PSR 3000. To me, build quality was awful, sounds were unimaginative. But that's just me! My grandaughter loves it.
If you get the MS 40, I have a bunch of style disks you can copy.
