this thing does sound unbelievable. but I doubt it is enough to convert Motif XF owners over. The Motif XF is still a great machine.

I am interested and curious to hear the KRONOS's synth arpeggiations (bass and leads).

I can instantly hear some sounds and effects that shadow over the Motif but then again I don't doubt that the Motif will still have some sounds and effects that the KRONOS cant beat.

the decision between the KRONOS and Motif XF wouldprobably come down to functionality / ease of use / etc
