I had heard Korg had a falling out with Stephen Kay the creator of Karma. This sort of makes sense since Kaye probably wanted Korg's blessing to sell to Yamaha and Korg probably wanted an anti-competition clause in his contract.

This is great news for me as an owner of a Yamaha Motif XS. I can now have Karma functionality!!!! Wooo Hoooo!
