Hello man im glad to hear that some one finally want to make the same thing as i did.
I´ve already created a oriental kit for kontakt but i could help you if you want to create another, unfornitaly im not so familiar with soundfonts but there should not be a problem to do that.
If you want add me on msn and i could provide you with many samples from oriental keyboards, and remember that it´s not important that we follow some rules in the keymapping, it depends on us how we want to do it.
